My project this week for
The Cutting Cafe uses the
Seed Packet Holder cutting file and digital stamps. This was a really fun file. After making the projects below, I thought of all kinds of uses--birthdays, shaker cards, friendship cards, and yes, valentines. I used Make The Cut software to edit and cut the green sunflower seed packet. I then used the included pdf files to add the "price" and circle sentiment on one packet, and I used a rubber stamp from "Make an Impression" for the sentiment. I punched a flower and added the burlap ribbon. The sentiment on the bean packet was computer-generated and I added some twine, some foam fence tape, a ladybug button and a sentiment from Stampin Up's "Think Happy Thoughts." I really appreciated that the digital stamps fit standard circle punches as that helped the cards come together quickly and easily!

The Valentine Shaker Card was cut from white dotted swiss cardstock. I covered the opening with acetate and filled the card with valentine confetti. I added a sticker sentiment and a ribbon along with a tag from Stampin Up's "Love You Much."
I found these to be quite fun to work with and as I said, I think there a lots of possibilities with this set! I'll definitely be using it again!
